-Job description**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Review, report, and challenge business information for relevant Retail products (Deposits, Investments and Customers)- Monthly forecasting projections- Participation and advisory in terms of product pricing (campaigns / new products)- Analysis and value added to support financial decision making based on analytics.- Support in terms of new strategic initiatives implementation for the area and the business- Trends and variations analysis. Significant deviations are to be understood and addressed to later explain to the senior management.- Own agenda, own problem solving.**Leadership & Teamwork**- Side to side work alongside the business teams.- Teamwork and liaison with the rest of the stakeholders to create efficiencies and synergies.Requirements**Functional Knowledge**- Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and related degrees- Experience plaicing banking products such as mortgage, car loans,- Financial analysis, planning and capital management- Profit & Loss projection of products- Strong numeric and problem-solving skills with a logical approach- Fluent English- Proficient in Excel- Most important skill is to be curious- People Soft and TM1 is a plus- Fast Learner**Others**- Work under pressure and deadlines.- Proactive, curious, and resilient.
