We are in search of a **Senior Technical Delivery Manager with expertise in Salesforce** to lead distributed teams throughout various LATAM locations.This position will require close cooperation with onsite Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Delivery Managers from the US, Poland, and India to effectively oversee Salesforce projects.RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical teams across multiple locations and vendors- Deliver project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications to achieve outstanding program outcomes- Determine and collect input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements- Oversee concise definition of scope throughout the entire program- Develop and sustain documentation pertinent to the management of the program and associated projects- Work in close proximity with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to guide high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle- Oversee project schedules, identify potential issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders- Oversee release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience- Minimum of 12 years of hands-on practical experience in Salesforce technologies including experience with Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud- Competency in CRM Sales, Customer Service functionality, and integrations to external systems- Capability to engage with engineering teams and participate in understanding/reviewing code solutions using Salesforce core programming languages including Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, RestAPIs- Background in client interaction and leadership of project teams in an onsite-offshore engagement model- Expertise in software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs involving multiple engineering teams across global locations- Strong skills in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences- Proficiency in spoken and written communication skills- Background of working cross-functionally within a team that includes both technical and non-technical membersWE OFFER- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law limit- Grocery coupons- 30 days December bonus- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- 12 vacations days plus 4 floating days- Official Mexican holidays, plus 5 extra holidays (Maundry Thursday and Friday, November 2nd, December 24th & 31st)- Monthly non-taxable amount for the electricity and internet bills
