Technical Delivery Manager with Salesforce Experience

We are in search of a **Technical Delivery Manager well-versed in Salesforce** to steer distributed teams across various LATAM locations.This position will entail intensive collaboration with onsite Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Delivery Managers from the US, Poland, and India to efficiently manage Salesforce projects.RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical teams across multiple locations and various vendors- Deliver project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications for outstanding program outcomes- Gather input from stakeholders to define and specify requirements- Define and manage the scope of work across the entire program- Maintain documentation relevant to program and project management- Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams for high-quality product and feature implementation- Manage project timelines, identify potential issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders- Oversee release schedules and milestones, maintaining a brisk pace in a fast-paced environment**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce technologies, including Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud- Understanding of CRM Sales and Customer Service functions along with integrations to external systems- Ability to interact with engineering teams and review code using Salesforce core programming languages including Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, and RestAPIs- Experience of client interaction and leading project teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model- Proficiency in managing end-to-end execution of software development programs across global locations and multiple engineering teams- Strong communication skills in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences- Proficiency in spoken and written communication- Experience in working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical team membersWE OFFER- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law limit- Grocery coupons- 30 days December bonus- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- 12 vacations days plus 4 floating days- Official Mexican holidays, plus 5 extra holidays (Maundry Thursday and Friday, November 2nd, December 24th & 31st)- Monthly non-taxable amount for the electricity and internet bills
