**Human Resources Business Partner****Descripción**:- Planeación estratégica para la mejora del desempeño y el desarrollo de estrategias de Recursos Humanos.- Ayudar a identificar y analizar las necesidades de RH.- Brindar apoyo táctico de Recursos Humanos a los Gerentes de las Áreas en diferentes funciones de Recursos Humanos incluyendo la contratación de personal, compensaciones, capacitación y relaciones laborales y administración de talento con los asociados sindicalizados y no sindicalizados.**Roles y Responsabilidades**:- Participar en los procesos de selección de personal salary de las plantas.- Asegurar el Proceso de Onboarding a los nuevos ingresos.- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los planes de entrenamiento y desarrollo.- Apoyar en procesos de Talent Management. (9 box, posiciones claves y críticas, planes de carrera, planes de desarrollo, planes de sucesión)- Participar en investigaciones de Línea de Ética y casos laborales comunicando a las áreas involucradas el estado del problema y las acciones a seguir, así como la preparación de informes, manteniendo la información confidencial.- Fomentar y promover la participación de los asociados en los programas de Engagement como Ideas de Mejora, cumpleaños, eventos en general.- Elaborar y administrar el presupuesto del departamento de RH.- Elaborar reportes mensuales de métricos de ausentismo, rotación, taza de retención, efectividad de reclutamiento y entrenamiento entre otros.- Participar en las estrategias y proyectos internos que realiza el departamento de Recursos Humanos.- Conocimiento, interpretación de la Ley Federal del Trabajo y Reglamento Interior.- Conocimiento en procesos de Reclutamiento, Selección y Contratación.**Perfil de Puesto**:- Licenciatura, 4 - 6 años de experiência en funciones similares o en el departamento de RH.- Experiência en la industria Metalmecanica.- Conocimiento en administración de personal, seguimiento al reclutamiento y selección (Operativo y administrativo).- Ingles Avanzado- Solución de problemas de planta.- Manejo de Paquete Office / Manejo de IBIX y sistemas de gestión de RH.- Manejo de Procesos Administrativos- Seguimiento a auditorías aplicables para el departamento de RH.- Controlar y administrar el presupuesto de RH.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Incluye fines de semanaPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicosPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con titulo y/o cédula profesional?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
