Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.Junior Vendor Master Data AdministratorMain responsibilitiesVendor Master Data Maintenance globally for all Atos entities worldwideBe a part of Vendor Maintenance Team that act as a primary point of contact for queries related to vendor master dataCoordinate vendor onboarding process in Ariba SLPCreate new vendors and modify existing vendors in ERP systemValidate of correctness of incoming requestsEnsure that all performed changes are supported with the required supporting documentation and comply with internal proceduresEnsure high quality of vendor master databaseAnalyze the supplier risk in the tools (Risk & Compliance checks)Proceed mass vendor creation/modification requestsProvide financial reports on potential suppliersProvide weekly vendor maintenance reportsProvide ad hoc, various reports on vendor recordsSkills/CompetenciesEnglish at minimum B2 levelAnalytical thinkingFlexibilityOpen-mindedHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to learn fastHigh communication skillsTeam-orientedGood knowledge of MS ExcelS4H/ServiceNow/Ariba SLP knowledge is a plusHere at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
