As our national freight network continues to expand, we are looking for a results-driven Freight Management Team member to join our team.This role will focus on:- **Business Development** - identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities that align with our growth strategy.- **Customer Onboarding** - ensuring a seamless transition for new customers into our network with clear communication and strong support.- **Relationship Management** - building and maintaining trust with customers and carriers to drive long-term partnerships.- **Lane Development** - analyzing current and future freight lanes to maximize efficiency, profitability, and service performance.**Responsibilities**- Aggressive New Business Development & Revenue Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients requiring advanced logistics solutions through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting. Consistently achieve or exceed targeted revenue and profit growth.- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships that generate consistent revenue streams.- Solution Design & Presentation: Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop customized Transportation/logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, and international DDP/D2D services, ensuring presented solutions clearly demonstrate quantifiable value and benefits to the client's bottom line.- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies while managing a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators- Market Intelligence & Growth Identification: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify untapped growth opportunities that contribute directly to market share expansion.- Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate favorable contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business and grow existing accounts, consistently demonstrating the ability to drive deals to successful closure.- Customer Service Excellence & Retention: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless onboarding and client satisfaction that fosters long-term retention and potential for future growth.**Qualifications & Skills**- **Proven Experience**: 3-5 years of outside sales or business development within transportation, logistics or 3PL.- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with international transportation business, e-commerce, D2D, and DDP shipping terms and practices.- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication; capable of engaging effectively with clients at all organizational levels.- **Negotiation**: Confident negotiator skilled at creating win-win outcomes and securing long-term agreements.- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to identify client needs and design tailored logistics solutions that add measurable value.- **Technical Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with TMS systems, and other sales tools.- **Self-Motivated**: Highly driven, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.- **Independence**: Proactively identifies and pursues opportunities with mínimal supervision.- **Curiosity & Creativity**: Naturally inquisitive and innovative in developing client-focused solutions.- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).- **Travel**: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.Pay: MX $37,000.00 - MX $60,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote Work**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $37,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
