Are you ready for new challenges?FUNCTIONS:- Effectively manage manufacturing operations at TRUMPF Mexico to ensure on-time delivery, achievement of cost targets, and fulfillment of product quality objectives.- Develop, supervise, and coordinate the work teams in the areas of Continuous Improvement (SYNCHRO), Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and the production floor.- Responsible for the analysis, planning, and execution of new production projects.- Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies for all employees.- Reduce and control waste in the company’s production processes.- Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for company equipment.- Maintain productivity levels and Group standards.PROFILE:- Industrial Engineer- Production Management- Project Management- Lean Manufacturing- Technical Drawing- ISO 9001:2015- Solid Works- Advanced English- Experience in metal-mechanical industry 7 years at least- Bachelor's degree in engineeringWhat We Offer- A collaborative and innovative work environment- Opportunities for professional development and growth- Competitive salary and benefits package- The chance to be a key contributor in a high-impact production role.
