Objetivo del puesto:
Maximizar el valor de los productos y soluciones, resultado de la identificación de oportunidades de mejoras a través de data y análisis. Llevar insights a nuestros canales que le permitan a estos incrementar la satisfacción de los clientes externos, mejorando la calidad y confiabilidad de los servicios que reciben vía los productos y soluciones que conforman el portfolio de B2B. Generación de análisis, seguimiento de indicadores, la generación de estrategias de evolución de producto, formulación de experimentos que mejoren e incrementen la propuesta de valor de nuestras soluciones y sean productos que terminen siendo muy demandados por el mercado.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Entender la Visión del Producto: Trabajar de cerca con el Product Owner y stakeholders para entender y recoger sus necesidades, para transformar esto en historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación claros y ejecutables.
- Comunicación y Colaboración: Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración efectiva entre equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurando que todos los stakeholders estén alineados y trabajando hacia objetivos comunes.
- Realizar estudios de viabilidad para determinar la viabilidad técnica de las soluciones propuestas.
- Crear y mantener el sistema de documentación, incluidas las especificaciones funcionales y los planes de proyecto.
- Colaborar con desarrolladores, ingenieros y otras partes interesadas para garantizar que los sistemas cumplen los requisitos funcionales y de rendimiento.
- Realizar pruebas del sistema y prestar apoyo para la implantación y el mantenimiento del sistema.
- Proporcionar formación y apoyo a usuarios para garantizar que puedan utilizar el sistema con eficacia.
- Mantenerse al día de las nuevas tendencias y tecnologías relacionadas con el análisis y el diseño de sistemas.
Requerimientos:
- Licenciatura en Informática, Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en análisis, diseño y desarrollo de sistemas.
- Idioma inglés.
- Habilidades en herramientas office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Habilidades con SQL, Excel Avanzado.
- Experiencia laboral demostrable en áreas que involucren la ejecución de análisis de sistemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, con un alto grado de colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.
- Habilidad para adaptarse trabajando en un entorno dinámico.
- Conocimientos sólidos de diseño y desarrollo de bases de datos.
- Excelente capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
- Experiencia con metodologías de gestión de proyectos como Agile y Scrum.
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación e interpersonales.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo.
