**Asistente de Produccion y Logistica****Sobre nuestra compañía**Fundada en 1994, Made in Mars Inc. es una compañía de deportes de acción especializada en la ingeniería, producción y distribución de patinetas, long boards, cruiser boards y equipo de surf de alta calidad para clientes especializados. Además de los deportes de acción ahora estamos entrando en numerosos negocios mediante adquisiciones y diversas líneas de productos y proyectos además de nuestra recientemente establecido sitio de producción para patinetas/tablas en Mexicali.**Requirements/Qualifications Requisitos/Capacidades**:- Experiência sólida en industria de manufactura y logística.- Excelente y eficiente nível de comunicación en inglés.- Capaz de presentarse personalmente en nuestra planta en Mexicali.- Capaz de identificar y resolver problemas técnicos de producción y operación del día a día.- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.- Fuerte habilidad analica/critical- Fuerte habilidad en contabilidad-consistencia y de seguimiento.- Excelente en creación de reportes que sean directos y fáciles de comprender.**Responsabilidades principales del puesto**:- Mantenga registros/documentos del trabajo de producción requeridos.- Asistir regularmente a reuniones con nuestra contraparte situada en Estados Unidos para actualizar las agendas logísticas y de producción.- Comunica con la fábrica para muestreo, la fecha en la que estará lista la muestra y fecha de entrega de la misma.- Actualizar el archivo de Administración de Información del Producto (PIM).- Recibir/requerir especificaciones del producto del ingeniero de productos o el desarrollador de productos.- Hacer seguimiento y revisar con la fábrica constantemente para asegurar que el producto se está adhiriendo a la fecha de envío.- Trabajar con el departamento de contabilidad en cuestión de pagos y auditar cualquier factura emitida por la fábrica.- Interactuar efectivamente con situaciones difíciles y sensibles relacionadas al personal usando buen juicio.- Trabajar con nuevos proveedores para evaluar precio, especificaciones y catálogos.- Otras tareas de producción según se asignen por el gerente local.Ability to commute/relocate:- Mexicali, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What is your salary expectation (in Mexican Pesos)?**Language**:- English (required)Work Remotely:- No
