**Title**:Logistics Assistant / Fulfillment
**Reports to**: Logistics Manager

**Responsibilities will include**:
Maintain master item file with returns partner and work with tech design to upload item dimensions to WMS for new SKUs.

Collect, organize, and analyze data to solve business problems and drive better informed decisions.

Maintain and update monthly outbound parcel costs in BI tool (Looker)

Ensure relevant transactions (orders, PO’s, return transfers, etc.) are present in WMS and troubleshoot any missing transactions.

Actualize PO Shipped qty on inbound PO’s based on Packing List received from vendors

Support Logistics/Fulfillment functions handled by Logistics/Fulfillment managers when they are unavailable/on PTO

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Admin with Supply chain focus or 5+ years experience in transportation operations, omni channel fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, management, etc.
- 80% English

**Special Requirements**:

- Netsuite or equivalent ERP experience
- Shiphero or equivalent WMS experience
- Extremely organized (reword language)
- Ability to multitask and manage time and effort for many projects at once.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communicator comfortable interacting with colleagues and partners across many different levels
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Proficient with Excel (vlookups, pivots, trim functions, etc)
- Proficient with Mac OS, google sheets/slides, etc.
- Functional knowledge of import/export procedures for both Mexico and the United States, (bonus Canada.)
