Focused on attracting and retaining the most talented people.**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:- Bachelor’s degree in administration or related.- **1 to 3 years’ experience in project execution and leadership.**:- Analytical skills, proactivity, problem solving, teamwork and initiative.- **Advanced English** (verifiable by interview).- Excel (pivot tables, reports).- Power point, canva, etc. (software related of presentations).- Hybrid Model- Based in **Cuajimalpa**, México.- Availability to Travel (1 trip per month or more).- Must have a valid **American VISA.**:**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Follow-up on projects for the development of new products or reformulation of assigned products (minutes, follow-up on problem actions, coordinating the preparation of samples and shipment, etc.).- Solving daily problems with the goal of generating sales per month- Preparation and revision of P&L for new products.- Support the Brand Manager to maintain the relationship with marketing and sales.**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:Support the development of the business unit to achieve the objective set in AOP, through the coordination of the development of new products and monitoring the forecast.**POSITION OFFER**:As a family-owned business, taking care of our associates is a top priority.
