Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.**Information Analyst I Job Description**: Overview Mobile Device Services Account (MDSA) Analyst The MDSA Analyst manages all client wireless accounts across global Telecom Providers and supports anything related to the client’s mobile devices, the wireless services associated with those devices, and the employees’ mobile services contracts. Additionally, the mobile analyst is responsible for proactively identifying and defining cost savings opportunities and reporting these savings to our client. The Analyst is responsible for managing all applicable wireless accounts, service numbers, and fleet of devices. This is done through direct interaction with Telecom Providers, Telecom Expense Management Companies, Wireless Services and Device Database teams and/or vendors, and other Atos Internal teams. This is a customer facing position and has direct visibility to service delivery leadership and client Executive staff. Detail- Serve as escalation contact and team lead regarding all End User mobile-related requests and issues- Proactively review open New Activation and Upgrade requests for aging requests and ensure order is fulfilled in an acceptable timeframe.- Enforce Corporate Mobile Policy as it relates to all device purchases and mobile-related transactions- Advanced Device Break/Fix support- Researching and responding to billing inquiries- Maintaining Data Pools- Completing Optimization Analyses to maximize savings- Executing Detailed Cost-based and Usage-based reporting- Scheduling and performing various account audit practices- Maintaining Corporate Directory services offered through Wireless Carriers- Administrating mobile services databases or systems- Escalating to client any issues beyond Provider responsibilities- Providing strategic solution on escalated issues- Governing client relationships with all wireless Carriers and Vendors- Supporting mobile related project initiatives- Create and maintain Mobile team work level instructions, communication templates, and other mobile-related documentation- Train new team members- Actively initiate and engage in the creation and refinement of client mobile policies, including liaising with high level client Executives to define policies. Requirements- Must have at least 2 years of Mobility experience. (Specific experience (2 years+) with US-based Carriers is required for US support person.)- Must have 5 or more years customer service experience/experience in a client-facing role- Must have strong communication and presentation skills- Must be proficient with Excel (V-Look-up, Report Creation, Pivot Tables, etc )- Must be self-motivated and be able to fully execute tasks without being prompted to do soHere at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
