**Position**: Quality Assurance Manager**Reports to **:Director of QA**Location**: DART Aerospace Chihuahua facility**About Dart**DART provides industry-leading design, manufacturing and market-certified solutions for the helicopter and aerospace industry. With an impressive line-up of over 1,100 STCs, DART offers a comprehensive portfolio of mission equipment and related services, replacement parts and tooling for civil and military operators, all major rotorcraft OEMs, completion centers and MR&O facilities. DART's key products include flotation systems, landing gears, interior and exterior accessories, cargo expansion, external loads, cable cutters and filters. All this, in addition to extensive engineering capabilities and manufacturing centers delivering fast time-to-market solutions with superior customer support in over 120 countries worldwide.**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Maintain the Dart Quality Management System, including internal audits and action plans.- Internal and external audits to required quality systems, including action plans.**Qualifications**- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an aerospace company as Quality Manager or equivalent.- Bachelors of Science in an Engineering related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace)- Expertise in quality certification processes related to the aerospace industry.- Ability to work with certification consultants, aerospace authorities (FAA and others) and Dart Chihuahua personnel to obtain the required certification.- Bilingual: Spanish and English.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent leadership, organization skills and time management with a demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, high pressure environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:- Chihuahua, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What is your salary expectation?Work Location: In person
