Nuestras soluciones de inteligencia artificial mejoran la eficiencia, estimulan la creatividad e impulsan la toma de decisiones acertadas, lo que permite a nuestros equipos producir resultados innovadores e impactantes.Art DirectorAs a Art Director you’ll be responsible for leading and guiding the visual aspects of digital projects to ensure that the projects and assets are visually compelling and align with the brands guidelines adding the creative aspect.What you will be doing:- Visual Conceptualization: Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, websites, and multimedia projects.- Design Direction: Provide creative direction to designers, ensuring that their work aligns with the project's vision and objectives.- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital visuals adhere to the brand's visual identity guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.- Quality Control: Review and approve design work, providing feedback and revisions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.- Artwork Creation: Create original digital artwork, graphics, and visuals using design software.- Team management: Managing and delegate responsibilities to the creative team.- Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience- Follow up to the different assets and projects.- Creation of assets in tools like: Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.What you need to be great in this role:- Creativity: ability to generate original ideas, think unconventionally and find innovative solutions and concepts.- Organization: Being very organized, correctly and comfortable with monitoring different projects at the same time, paying close attention to detail for their requirements and their correct delivery on time and with the best quality.- Attention to detail: Being meticulous in the monitoring and delivery of details always aligned with client guidelines.- Oral and written communication skills: Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams for the correct monitoring of projects as well as the negotiation and assignment of tasks in these.- Problem-solving skills: Able to provide a resolution while remaining calm and being purposeful and creative in the proposals.- Coordination and management of teams: assertive communication both oral and written as well as a sense of organization for the correct coordination and attention with each member of the different teams and the assignment and evaluation of these.**Experience**:- Must have: English Level: Advanced in Writing, Listening and Speaking.- At least 4-5 years of provable experience as a Digital Project Manager with an agency background.- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similarWhat do we offer:- Contraro por 12 meses.- Sueldo bruto: $32,000.- Prestaciones superiores a la ley: SGGM, SGV, Vales despensa, FA, PV- Home Office 100% (debe radicar en CDMX)Nuestros valores dan forma a todo lo que hacemos:- Ser ambiciosos para tener éxito- Ser imaginativos para superar los límites de lo posible- Ser inspiradores para hacer un trabajo innovador- Estar siempre aprendiendo y escuchando para comprender- Estar enfocado en los resultados para superar las expectativas- Ser activamente pro-inclusivos y antirracistas en nuestra comunidad, clientes y creacionesEn OLIVER & IIM&P hemos establecido objetivos ambientales ambiciosos en torno a la sostenibilidad, con objetivos de reducción de emisiones basados en la ciencia.
