**Early Stage Supervisor**This is a full-time, on-site job position located in Guadalajara.We are looking for an Early Stage Supervisor for the loan servicing department. In this role, you will support the team manager and perform management duties when they are absent. Your main responsibilities will include coaching and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed established goals. You will answer team members' questions, help with their problems, and oversee their work for quality and compliance with guidelines. The position also involves making and receiving calls related to delinquent accounts, making arrangements with customers who have overdue payments, and identifying accounts that require review or field visits.**Qualifications**:- High School diploma or equivalent- 5+ years of experience in collections or a related field- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must- Excellent customer service skills- Excellent communication skills**Work Schedule**:- Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sundays and one weekday off.- The daily break and lunch time is 1 hour.- The training schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.**Benefits**:- Law benefits- Food vouchers for $1,400 MXN per month- 2% Savings fund- 20 days Christmas bonus- 6 PTO (Paid Time Off) days- Major medical insurance (after 1 and a half years of seniority)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $25,500.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Vales de despensaEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- collections or related: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
