At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Graphic Communication Designer Jr****Required experience**:- Portfolio demonstrating real world work (presentations, infographics, campaign assets, training visuals).- Intermediate English (B2) for global collaboration—capable of adapting headlines, captions, and layouts for multilingual audiences**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate to create executive ready presentation decks, templates, one pagers, infographics, posters, and digital assets that simplify change messages.- Propose ideas for adapting complex program narratives into visual storylines with clear hierarchy, iconography, and data visualization.- Translate learning content into visuals (course slides, job aids, micro learning graphics, LMS imagery) that support adult learning principles.- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management Specialist to standardize visual styles across modules and reinforce curriculum goals.- Maintain brand standards (color, typography, accessibility) and enforce file naming/version control practices.- Perform meticulous proofreading and pre flight checks to ensure visual and factual accuracy.- Partner with Organizational Change Management Specialist to gather requirements and iterate designs based on feedback.- Manage multiple requests, prioritize under tight timelines, and provide status updates proactively.- Contribute to a shared design library and documentation for repeatable assets and campaign kits** Why Cognizant?**- Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide- Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans- Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package- Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies- We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment- We invest in people and their wellbeing.- We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
