Zarządzaj tym, co porusza świat.Stanowisko to podlega:Tax Manager**Your Role: Own the Challenge**In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back-office and administrative activities within the Tax function, aligned with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. You will support various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews and contract structuring. You will also demonstrate your expertise by preparing and managing supporting documentation (e.g., transfer pricing reports, tax return support, etc.)The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Financial Functions from Mexico to LATAM.**You will be mainly accountable for**:- Support the implementation of standards, processes, policies, and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters.- Assist with tax accounting and reporting activities within your area of responsibility.- Provide support during tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.- Perform Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) processes in relevant areas.**Qualifications**:- 2-3 years of solid experience in a multinational company, with knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxes.- Strong understanding of general accounting, GL account reconciliation, IFRS, and auditing.- Familiarity with US GAAP standards and experience analyzing and interpreting financial statements.- Proficiency in calculating monthly and annual tax returns.- Knowledge of double taxation agreements.- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP ERP systems.- Intermediate or higher English communication skills.- Knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations is appreciated.- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field.**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Performance Bonus- Saving fund- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
