Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:**This position reports to**:Tax Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back office and other administrative activities within the Tax function, in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will provide support for various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews, contract structures, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and preparing supporting documentation (e.g., tax transfer pricing documentation, support for tax returns, etc.). The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Financial Functions from Mexico to LATAM. You will be mainly accountable for: - Supporting in the implementation of relevant standards, processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters in your area of responsibility. - Assisting in all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of your tax practice/area. - Providing support during tax audits and any other requests from tax authorities. - Performing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) processes in the respective areas of responsibility. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.**Qualifications for the role**:- You have 2-3 years of experience calculating indirect, direct and deferred taxes.- You have experience in general accounting and in annual income tax return.- If you have experience with analysis and interpretation of financial statements is an asset.- You have experience with an ERP (preferably SAP).- If you have knowledge of NIF and audit is an asset.- Ability to demostrate you experience with Excel.- If you have knowledge of USGAAP standards and experience with account reconciliations are a plus.- You are easy to communicate in English in an intermediate level.- You have a bachelors degree completed.**Benefits**:- Paid Parental leave (gender neutral)- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Accident insurance- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)**More about us**:
