Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Position Overview**:The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will play an important role in supporting the finance function through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Based in Tijuana, Mexico, the analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams—both locally and the US—to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions.**Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities**:- Assist with monthly financial close processes and prepare reporting packages for regional or global finance teams- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support decision-making- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and business risks/opportunities- Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast results and provide actionable insights- Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and variance analysis- Support the annual budget process, collaborating with department leaders across operations, supply chain, and corporate- Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting tools (Excel, QAD, Planful)Experiência y requisitos**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)- 2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance (manufacturing experience is highly preferred)- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems- Advanced English- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Comfortable working in a bilingual (English/Spanish) and multicultural environment- Experience in a maquiladora environment or working with U.S.based parent companies is highly valued- Must be comfortable communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines**Desired Qualifications**:- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proactive self-starter, who takes initiative and demonstrates a willingness to learn- Ability to drive continuous improvement of systems and processes- High performance standards with high ethical values and confidentiality- Passion for excellence, with the highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized- Strong ability to think strategically, problem solve, and plan effectively, with attention to detail and a strong ownership ethicBeneficios- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- caja de ahorro- comedor- transporte- seguro de gastos médicos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
