Full Circle is seeking a Senior Sales and Engineering Manager in the beautiful country of MexicoYou will be responsible for leadership of the Mexican Sales and Application Engineering team and for managing relationships to the customer and taking ownership of business development. Coordinate technical knowledge exchange in North America and with our leadplants in Europe. Lead the Mexican Sales team in new business development across all technologies. Manage Change Management activities for our Silao location.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Develop and maintain customers relationship according to organizations customer and technology matrix- Establishing close contact with all relevant customers departments to gain their assistance in the development of our products and programs- Establish the company as a leader in marketable products- Organize the group's resources effectively to meet the demands of the marketplace- Experience digesting and translating technical requirements and policy/regulatory information for commercial applicability- Establish oneself within the organization to create a strong network at all levels and functions and integrate into the company culture- Actively participates in achieving company goals and objectives- Travel required locally in North America and internationally (Germany)- Works according to company’s quality and environmental system requirements, and customer quality requirements**FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS**: _Education/Experience:_ Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering preferred plus equivalent experience in the field.- Experience in leading teams- Having a min of 3 direct reports- Customer relationship experience- Project Coordination and Resource Management experience- Experience in cost estimation and risk analysis.- Experience in the automotive industry (3-5 years)- Skills_:- Self-directed- Maturity and authenticity- Excellent communication and documentation skills- Excellent eye for detail- Excellent at multi-tasking- Must work well individually as well as in a team environment- Competencies_- Time Management- Results Driven- Problem Solver- Thoroughness- Communication- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
