**About Samata Health**Samata Health is a mental health startup offering a premium employee mental health benefit for small and midsize businesses. We host networks of great therapists around the world where our clients have employees. On our HIPAA-compliant, digital platform, employees can search for therapists by clinical specialties, cultural competencies and more. Perks of working with us include:- MXN 45-minute therapy session- Therapists are paid within 2-3 business days.- In-person & telehealth options (up to you).- There are no minimum or maximum client numbers. Therapists can accept as many or as few clients as they’d like.- Therapists are in control of their own schedule.- We work outside of insurance so no need to be paneled or deal with the hassle of insurance.- The platform is built by therapists & made to make the process easier.**Requirements**:Applicants must be therapists with a practice and must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in a related field and speak basic English to navigate the platform. Therapy sessions can be conducted in your native language**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, ContractPay: $2,135.01 per hour**Education**:- Master's (required)License/Certification:- license in Mexico (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 22320, Tijuana, B.C.
