We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Bilingual Consumer Care Representative** to join our Consumer Care team.**Objective**This role involves providing exceptional support to our consumers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively**Key responsibilities**- **Issue Resolution**:Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of consumer satisfaction.- **Ticket Management**:Utilize Freshdesk to manage and track consumer support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.- **Product Review Responses**: Monitor and respond to consumer product reviews across various platforms in a professional, brand-aligned tone.- **Team Communication**:Work directly with the team lead to escalate issues, receive guidance, and share relevant updates.- **Knowledge Sharing**:Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and consumer-facing support articles.- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for improving consumer service processes and suggest enhancements to the team lead**Minimum Qualifications**:- 1-3 years in a customer support role, preferably within a high-volume call and chat center environment.- Fluency in English.- Proficiency in Freshdesk or similar customer support software.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Experience with other customer relationship management (CRM) tools.- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.**Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm to work in site.****Location: Parque Industrial**:- **Los Pinos****This option is to work in a Manufacturing company / Distribution Center - Great opportunity to take the next step in your CS career coming from call centers.**Application Question(s):- Do you have work with CRM or ERP softwares ? if so which one?**Education**:- Associate (required)**Experience**:Work Location: In person
