Tooling Coordinator

Extensive experience in tooling and equipment management and control. Experience in tooling, jigs, and matrix adjustments. Experience in tooling autonomous and preventive maintenance. Knowledge of GD&T, NAAMS, and DIN standards. Experience in problem-solving analysis. Proficient in software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD, and SAP. Knowledge of core tools. Systematic work approach, standardization, and KPI implementation. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and task forces. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fixtures, gauges, and tools are designed according to ME standards and made available on time to achieve the planned budget. Ensure tool and equipment availability. Ensure KPIs such as Scrap, Rework, Downtime, Quality Complaints, DLE, and OEE are on target. Escalate conflicts when program objectives are at risk. Report risk items to CTM ME. Ensure compliance with 5S, cleanliness, safety, and management systems. Ensure quick downtime response and professional, effective, and efficient maintenance activities to keep unplanned downtime low. Ensure preventive maintenance is performed in a timely manner and meets required quality standards. Ensure proper data generation for maintenance management. Collaborate with management, engineering, and quality departments to resolve maintenance issues and recommend improvements. Coordinate activities related to the fabrication or modification of machinery, tools, and equipment. Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program in alignment with TPM principles and EBOS standards. Oversee maintenance of utility systems to ensure uninterrupted supply of energy and media. Lead training and onboarding of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and continuous skill development. Conduct regular inspections of machines and equipment to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. Maintain and communicate monthly EOS charts and KPIs. Plan and implement methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize labor and material usage. Prepare and manage the department budget, including CapEx planning and cost control. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components. Review job orders and prioritize maintenance tasks accordingly. Collaborate with design and process engineering to assess equipment needs for new products. Analyze production, quality, and maintenance data to optimize maintenance strategies. Schedule and oversee repair, maintenance, and installation activities to ensure production continuity. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
