This is a high-impact role with limitless growth opportunities in the fastest-growing company in the world. Your leadership will ensure that KPIs are met, processes are adhered to, and operations run smoothly.What You’ll Do:- Lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.- Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and management control.- Act as the escalation point for operational and delivery-related issues, ensuring prompt conflict resolution.- Collaborate with the PMO on the execution of procedures for PMs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.- Work closely with HR Business Partners to enforce HR policies across the team.- Monitor the performance of Project Managers, managing a team ranging between 5 and 10 PMs overseeing 200+ team members.- Ensure efficient reporting and escalation methodologies to maintain smooth operations.- Address HR-related matters with the HRBP and escalate relevant issues as needed.- Present complex operational challenges to Account Managers (AMs) while supporting the relationship between PMs and clients.- Ensure that communication between PMs and Clients is professional, clear, and effective.What We’re Looking For:- 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, managing teams of 50+ people including 3+ PMs in the IT sector.- Strong IT background and experience managing large-scale software development or tech projects.- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.- University degree- Advanced level of English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive
