Try something new every day and explore an exciting career journey at Unilever.The accelerated growth program will allow you to reach different business areas over 3 years, while improving your skills and becoming a better professional.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 2-5 yearsMAIN RESPONSABILITIES:- Bring a knowledge of finance processes and practices to the audit teams- Identify key risks in finance and evaluate the key controls that mitigate these risks, identify any weaknesses and develop recommendations to address these- Identify and disseminate good practices- Participate in the global finance Knowledge Network- Participate in cross-functional work globally Drive project management on simplifying framework for procurement performance management to enhance effectiveness and drive superior performance- Lead and drive workshops to capture best practices and identify pain points- Assist in structuring performance frameworks and methodologies to optimize overall procurement performance- Strong project Governance and ensure adhere with overall project ambition/timelinesLEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED: Degree in Finance/AccountingWHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED?- Strongly developed ability to influence collaborate and communicate- Digital / agile mindset, problem solutions through digital resources- Strong focus on results, decision making and disruptive solutions- Ambition to become a future leader in 3 years- Fluent English- Ability to rotate from one position / Project to another- Experience in FMCG or consumer goods business- Purpose driven and agile- Robust Project management and able to spot latency to escalate for actions- Strong excel and power point skills- Desirable knowledge in Power BI- Strong analytical and data management skills- Strong problem-solving and time management skills- Independent with strong team play attitude- Able to navigate complex operating environment- Sharp articulation and good communication- Able to interact comfortably and professionally with all levels/types of people- Ability to motivate teams to adopt and drive Operational excellence- Digital savviness to enable technology leverage to simplify current processesIMPORTANT INFORMATION TO APPLY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER:- Current Mexican work Visa- Social Security number (NSS)- CURP- RFC
