And it’s our people, not algorithms, that help our clients make better informed decisions.We are innovative, agile, and inspired by data - and we are looking for people that share those values to join our mission to build stronger businessesJoin the data-revolution**What you will do**:- Develop and maintain good working knowledge of data strategy methodologies and frameworks, especially as it relates to source validation, testing, implementation, and control.- Build strong partnerships with operations, product, and data engineering organizations.- Work closely with operations, product, and senior management to ensure data incrementation and remedial plans are properly aligned with the organization.- Act as a strong advocate for data quality, promoting accuracy, completeness, and consistency.- Develop reports and provide information, including but not limited to analysis data sources, processes and insights for decision making.- Interact with data engineering and other teams within the data strategy group to develop and track program progress.**What we are looking for**:- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, including 5-7 years prior experience in a similar role.- Prior experience in the financial services industry and data analytics. Internal Audit experience is a plus.- Strong understanding of - and experience providing - timely, high-quality, insightful data analytics and reporting under tight deadlines and among multiple competing deliverables, with flexibility to prioritize workload accordingly.- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a proven ability to operate in a manually intensive data environment, extracting large volumes of data from disparate sources, cleansing, and validating it, and transforming it into high quality, insightful reports, and deliverables.- Intellectually curious, consistently evaluating “what is the data telling me?” and “why does it matter?"- High level of proficiency with SQL and Mongo DB, structured and non-structured data environments.- High level of proficiency on the Python programming language including pandas and ORM frameworks for database management.- Customer service orientation and leadership/influencing skills.- Strong coordination and project management skills- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and time zones.**What we offer**:- Positive and encouraging work environment.- Dynamic atmosphere where you can grow as far as your vision and curiosity leads you.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Hybrid office / Remote work scheme.- CIAL provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
