Join the Customer Business Support (CBS) team as a Sales Operations Business Partner – Young Professional to support and advise SAP Services Sales across the Americas region. Key Tasks Collaborate closely with sales management services to provide valuable performance insights and recommend related actions to achieve revenue‑generating business priorities. Leverage, adopt, and implement standard processes and systems to keep operations lean and insights consistent. Core Tasks Include Analyzing business performance and priorities to accelerate revenue‑generating decisions through insight. Follow defined processes and coach sales leaders to meet compliance. Develop trusted business relationships, consulting and managing change to drive behaviors. Align field requirements and Go‑to‑Market processes for efficient execution. Foster a one‑team mentality by breaking down silos and identifying joint solutions. Manage team: recruit, develop, retain talent, set objectives, coach for success. What You’ll Bring Recent graduate of an accredited university in Business Administration or related fields (Project Management, Finance, Business & Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics). 0–1 year of relevant work experience through internships or recent work. Experience in project coordination and collaboration. Minimum 40 hours per week availability. Fluent in English. Team player and independent worker. Analytical and detail‑oriented.
