Maintain ownership of the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, identifying bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.**What will your job look like?**:- You will:- Provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure the product/solution performs within efficient design specifications.-- Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution.-- Demonstrate continuous improvements and increased efficiency to the software or business processes using Software Engineering tools, innovative techniques and the reuse of existing solutions.-- Contribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for the account and unit - for example, responsiveness, resolution, software quality, etc.-- Connect with internal/external customers to enhance the understanding of customer problems and verify that an appropriate resolution has been applied.**All you need is...**:- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computer science or equivalent-- 3-5 years' experience in a Production support role-- 3+ years Java programming concepts and ability to write software code-- Should be able to write SQL queries of advanced complexity-- Working knowledge of LINUX-- Scripting language - Shell, JS, bash-- Oracle database knowledge-- Responsible for providing the Root Cause analysis and resolution.-- Flexible and willingness to take up the various responsibilities that comes during project progression.**Nice to have**- Experience with Microservice (SOAP, REST API’s)-- Cassandra DB**Why you will love this job**:- Get a chance to gain valuable experience and wide knowledge of Software integrative systems- Get the opportunity to be exposed to advance marked technologies and working with multi channels and divers area of expertise**Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
