"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next: Commercial Drive Ecomm Jr Coord**Which is the main objective of this role?**Commercial Drive Jr Coordinator will be the link support between marketing and KAMs in marketing strategy implementation for the Ecomm sales segment. By implementing big bets defined in Annual Operation Plan and marketing processes. This Jr Coordinator will have contact with KAMs, Marketing, Sales and BU Finance, Revenue Management for different alignments collaborating with the Ecomm expansion agenda.Qualifications:**What will you be doing?**Provide support to the marketing and sales teams in the following areas:- Strategic alignment with KAMs and marketing for implementing big bets agenda- Alignment and execution of initiatives with key clients- Coordination and design holistic launches/branding positioning plans- Support KAMs in S&OP agenda for Commercial Initiatives**Who are we looking for?**- Recently graduate / Marketing or commercial Next Gen with immediate availability- Marketing, Industrial Engineer, Administration- Focus on ecommerce trends and digital marketing- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously- Written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish- Team player- Strong sense of customer service and eagerness to work in a wide range of tasks- Excel knowledge (data bases analysis, pivot tables)- Results-oriented attitude and hand-on approach- Ability to work with different areas.- Strategic thinking and knowledge of the role that different areas play within commercial drive, along with leadership and influencing others capacity.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
