**Analytics Data science and IOT Engineer (Data Science Python)**- 4-6 years of Strong experience in Strong experience in SQL Server, Python/PySpark, preferably with Azure Databricks- Minimum 4+ Years of Production Support of Applications in Python, SQL, Data warehouse- Experience with Azure Cloud resources is preferred- Experience with RESTful API, JSON nice to have- Analyze the job failure for cause and recommend technical resolution- Provide work-around solutions where possible to restore the service- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills- Knowledge of ticketing tools - Service Now & Scheduling Tools - Control M etc.- Manage and work on Incidents and resolutions- Liaise with customers and manage customers’ expectations on incidents- Define, document and implement processes and procedures for supporting production environment- Work with developers to implement the change and document it- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment- Follow proper escalations procedures- Should be Flexible to work on IST/EST overlap hours- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills- Excellent listening skills, self-starter, assertive, thorough, follows established procedures and the ability to meet deadlines- Bachelor is a mustTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Días por enfermedad- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Trabajo remoto.
