It delivers complex, industry-specific translations with unprecedented quality and unmatched speed.**About the Role**:The Junior Accountant will be predominately responsible for providing financial accountancy support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial reporting for the Company. In the longer term, there is an opportunity for an expanded role within the Company based on the performance of both the Company and the junior accountant.This position will report to the General Accountant and will be responsible for providing support predominantly in reviewing booking expenses, receivables, payables, and general bookkeeping.**Responsibilities**Provide support to the General Accountant on the day-to-day processing of financial transactions (predominately Expenses and AR, also AP initially) to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.- Review expenses both in SAP concur and Excel, and book office expenses in QuickBooks.- Prepare customer invoices using our online business management system, and entering the invoices into QuickBooks before sending the invoices to the customers. (Training will be provided for the management system.)- Review accounts receivable and communicates with customers to facilitate quick collection of outstanding balances- Other general ledger responsibilities to be determined- Provide backup support to General Accountant as needed**Requirements**:- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro Desktop- 2 years minimum experience with bookkeeping preferably in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment- Excellent accounting and troubleshooting skills- Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel- Fluent in written and spoken English- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills- Excellent time management and strong ability to multitask- Highly proactive, with a strong desire to learn new skills- A high degree of punctuality and high degree of professionalism- Highly organized and very detail-oriented- Business or accounting diploma**Additional Information**:- Part-time (16 to 20 hours per week)Udv5A3ZkyS
