As Supply Chain Manager and member of the team, you will be utilizing existing and developing new tools to plan global material supply pipelines to achieve business objectives while minimizing costs.Key Responsibilities- Leverage supply planning principles and tools to create and communicate supply plans and summary supply health and risk assessments to cross functional partners and management.- Part of a team responsible for developing, communicating and managing rolling 18-month supplier forecasts and supply commits; collaborate cross functionally with suppliers and internal team members to make adjustments as needed.- Create and monitor production capacity targets and supplier manufacturing and delivery schedules.- Utilize systems and tools to manage supply, identify and communicate issues, and drive efficiency through the supply chain across the full product lifecycle from new product introduction (NPI) through end-of-life (EOL.- Provide external and cross-functional leadership to identify and resolve issues with a focus on continuous improvement.- Enhance and maintain relationships and lines of communication with internal and external partners.**Job requirements**:- 8 years of related experience in supply chain within electronics industry or server PCBA manufacturing with skills in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and/or production scheduling.- Experience working for or with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers supporting the production of electro-mechanical assemblies.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.- General understanding of product and production lifecycle, including new product introduction (NPI).- Track record of driving continuous improvement.- General understanding of ERP/MRP, shop floor/production control systems, and bills or materials.- Program management experience.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.**Education**:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.Sponsor**Did you know****Why NetApp?**In a world full of generalists, NetApp is a specialist.
