**What is the job about?**The **Customer Service Application Engineer** is a foundamental part of our Customer Sales & Support Center department for our Water Utility Division, reporting directly to the **CSSC Manager** in our **Apodaca**´s facilities in Nuevo León, MX. on a **hybrid **schedule and his/her main purpose is to develop integrated sales and after sales solutions for the local and export business customers.**Your main responsibilities**:- To assist the sales force in terms of project registration or needed support- Offer Technical Support and advise in-time fast response- To develop Technical solutions, timely provide technical proposals to customer according to the specification or the customer's request.- To provide drawing or technical schemes according to the developed decisions on customers needs- To work on technical documentation of projects / of developed decisions**Your background**We imagine that you have:- Diploma or degree holder in file management, secretary, or mechatronics- Experience as a sales assistant- Familiar with MS Office & SAP & CRM- Positive self-confidence and ability to deal with changing conditions- Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set goals**What’s in it for you?****What are your goals?
