Function: - The Sr. Payroll Accountant will be responsible of: - Process all the activities related to payroll including checks, taxes, employee benefits payments, eta. - Registered the accounting related to the payroll process of the company following the pre-established systems. Responsibilitios: - Process the payroll process in a weokly basis and any special payroll process if needed Complete all the activities related to the month end process to register the payroli proces including Intercompany accounting - Analyze, prepare and process all the journal entries in the system Prepare Budget and projections - . Give support in external and internal audits - Prepare and Review imss statements Prepare and Review Fonacot calculation. Prepare and Reviewing Infonavit withholdings Complete all the government requirement related to IMSS. FONACOT, INFONAVIT, INEGI and Local tax 1.8% Add folio UUID to the journal entries Manage/calculate termination (finiquitos) process include payments - Manage "Fondo de Ahoro" - Reconcile B/S accounts - Support an effective syster of internal Controls and SOX Sedentary work, generally involves sitting most of the time Very good visual acuity Mental Requirements: - Work under pressure Strong analytical thinking - Maintain focus and concentration Work with mínimal supervision **Required Skills**: Èffective interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge and experience in TRESS System Software Strong Customer services - Excellence PC skills (Excel, pivot tables, LOOKUP) - Team Player Continuous improvement skills Attention to details Strong communication and influence skills. Financial planning skills Bilingual (English and Spanish). Required Experience: At least 2 or 3 years of experience in payroll accounting process Knowledge in accountant system - Confpagi and AS400 preferred Knowledge in System 3 Required Education and Training: - B.S. in Accountant. from accredited university - Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. - Altamente Proactivo. - Sentido de urgencia.
