**Customer Support Specialist IT****LA POSICION ES RESPONSABLE DE**:Brindar soporte técnico especializado en software empresarial, diagnosticando y resolviendo incidencias de forma eficiente. Será responsable de gestionar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes a través del sistema de tickets, comunicar información técnica de forma clara y comprensible para usuarios no técnicos, deberá guiar a los usuarios en el uso correcto del software y sus funcionalidades, canalizar y escalar adecuadamente los casos cuando se requiera, mantenerse actualizado con los cambios en el sistema y las herramientas tecnológicas, y contribuir activamente al trabajo en equipo para garantizar una atención de calidad.**Requisitos**:- Lic. en Informática, Tecnologías de la Información, Comercio Internacional o afín.- Experiência en soporte técnico de software (indispensable).- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, preferentemente en entornos tecnológicos o logísticos- Conocimientos técnicos: HubSpot, Jaspersoft, Sourcetree, GitHub, LDAP, Postman, editores de código como Visual Studio Code o Sublime.- Habilidades destacadas de comunicación, empatía, trabajo bajo presión, resolución de conflictos, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.**OFRECEMOS**:Lugar de trabajo: JuriquillaSueldo $26,000 a $30,000 brutos mensuales + PDL + PSDLHorario laboral: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 18:00Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
