Your tasksThe Local IT Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the integrity of our IT hardware devices.- Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting- Conduct thorough diagnostics and implement effective resolutions for technical issues- Execute timely updates of operating systems to maintain optimal performance and security- Manage and maintain accurate inventory control of all computer equipment- Oversee the strategic replacement of computer equipment to ensure operational efficiency- Deliver customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism.**Profile**:- Active student of the Systems CareerBe an active student prior to 1 year to finish the degree- Demonstrated proficiency in desktop and laptop operating system features, installation and troubleshooting- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities- Fast learner- Working towards objectives in an organized and disciplined way- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with users and IT personnel- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously- Basic proficiency in English language skills**Offer**:Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
