In the position you will be achieve long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plan for the Monster brand portfolio in support of the company's business objectives. Manage distributor/bottler business results in the Coca Cola Operating Unit assigned region/district and be responsible for the success of the compnay in that respective territory. Accomplished through effective distributor management skills, solid fieldwork skills (negotiation, visits and market execution) and the ability to develop strong relationships.- La visión es implementar el plan estratégico y táctico de ventas y distribución a largo plazo para el portafolio de marcas Monster, apoyando así los objetivos comerciales de la Compañía. En este puesto de Desarrollador Comercial, usted implementará dicho plan estratégico y táctico a largo plazo para el portafolio de marcas Monster, apoyando así los objetivos comerciales de la compañía. Gestionará los resultados comerciales de los distribuidores/embotelladores en la región/distrito asignado a la Unidad Operativa de Coca Cola y será responsable del éxito de la compañía en dicho territorio. Esto se logra mediante habilidades efectivas de gestión de distribuidores, sólidas habilidades de trabajo de campo (negociación, visitas y ejecución de mercado) y la capacidad de desarrollar relaciones sólidas._**Essential Job Functions/Funciones Esenciales del Trabajo**- The position will manage relationships with the Distributors and some Customers in the assigned territory. The position will also be ultimately responsible for market execution in the territory in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.- _El puesto administrará las relaciones con los Distribuidores y algunos Clientes en el territorio asignado.
