Si eres una persona proactiva, con habilidades en resolución de problemas y atención al cliente, esta es tu oportunidad**RESPONSABILIDADES**:- Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios en hardware, software y sistemas operativos- Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas en impresoras, escáneres y otros periféricos- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a tickets de soporte en plataformas especializadas- Asistir en la configuración y mantenimiento de MS Office Suite, MS O365, Teams, SCCM, Windows 10/11- Proporcionar orientación técnica y capacitación básica a los usuarios- Garantizar una experiência de servicio eficiente y amigable.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura o ingeniería en Informática, Sistemas o Tecnología de Información- Experiência de 2 a 4 años en:- Mesa de ayuda y atención a usuarios- Servicio al cliente y soporte técnico- Manejo de sistemas de gestión de tickets- Conocimientos avanzados en:- MS Office Suite, MS O365, Teams, SCCM, Windows 10/11- Hardware y dispositivos periféricos (impresoras, escáneres, etc.)- Inglés avanzado (C1) (capacidad para comunicarse fluidamente con usuarios en inglés)- Habilidades en resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectivaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $22,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes la fluidez y seguridad necesarias para comunicarte en inglés de manera clara y sin titubeos?Idioma:- Ingles C2 (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
