Through the following values: being client-centric, providing same-day responses, promoting frequent communication, being transparent, and being hardworking, Nomadic enables owners to make their investments into a passive income while still feeling in control.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Secure state and county rental licenses for properties under management- Schedule Property Inspections with state and county licensing agencies- Coordinate with in house field staff to ensure proper attendance at all inspections- Assess Inspection results and ensure the licensing process moves forward- File online property and inspection documentation on state and county websites- Communicate with state licensing boards and regulatory agencies as needed- Update all licensing records and compliance-related documentation into the Nomadic management software platform- Handle any issues or discrepancies related to licensing and escalate when necessary.**Skills**:- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot licensing issues.- Fast learner that can manage multiple tasks within a workflow**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred).- Experience in property management, compliance, or licensing administration (preferred)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and property management software.- Advanced English (required)- Reliable Internet connection**Physical Setting**:Fully Remote**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch breakPay: $18,520.00 - $22,630.00 per month**Experience**:- administrative: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Advanced English (required)Work Location: Remote
