You will be responsible of acting as an enabler of organizational changes to adopt suitable buying channels and adoption of new systems.- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to strategically manage and implement organizational change while maintaining key business objectives in sight.- Work cross-functionally to identify suppliers within the scope of the category requirements- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers- Maintain strong supplier and internal relationships and effective communicationYOUR IMPACT:As an Indirect Procurement Buyer you will facilitate the implementation, adoption and serve as an enabler of best practices in the industry to elevate procurement operations within Ford Motor Company. Ensuring best value for the money while maintaining the process integrity at the highest level is top priority.
