Your tasksYour tasks- Create and track quality production performance and KPIs like non conformance costs, first pass yield, internal rejects, statistical process control and define countermeasures in case of deviations.- Conduct production audits and support customer audits- Create and maintain control plan- Maintain product and production documentation- Plan and perform quality activities for changes in production, e.g. Control Plan, support P FMEA- Task force member, working in teams internal to Quality department and interdisciplinary as well. Able to take Task force leading- Support scrap reduction efforts & reduction in customer complaint.- Support activities in structured problem solving activity**Profile**:**Profile**:- Quality Methods and Continental standards (e.g. Structured Problem Solving, Risk Management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Change Management)- Statistics (SPC)- SAP (e.g. CQTS)- External Automotive norms (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)- Auditor knowledge (internal auditor)- MS office- Language skills (English desirable)- Work experience in automotive area or quality management highly recommended(best case min. 2 years)- Knowledge in quality management- Team Work**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
