Mercadotecnia y/o a fin25 a 45 añosEXPERIENCIA:- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en pauta digital.- Mínimo 3 años de experiência con CRM/Marketing automation.- Mínimo 2 años de experiência SEO.- Mínimo 1 año de manejo avanzado de Google Tag Manager.- Inglés intermedio u avanzado.CONOCIMIENTOS:Plataformas de publicidad digital: Dominio de herramientas como Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.Pauta digital (SEM/PPC) avanzada: manejo de Google Tag Manager (GTM), configuración de eventos personalizados en GA4 y pixeles (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), A/B testing e iteración para incrementar rentabilidad a través de segmentación y audiencias con alto ROAS.Básicos de web: Entendimiento de HTML5 y CSS3.Manejo de “Content Management Systems” (CMS), “drag and drop web builders” y plataformas de ecommerce: Ejemplo: Wordpress, Elementor, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.Herramientas SEO: Ejemplo: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, aHrefs, SEMrush, etc.Manejo de plataformas CRM/Marketing automation: Ejemplo: Hubspot, Clientify, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Pardot, etc.Herramientas de web analytics: Ejemplo: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, etc.RESPONSABILIDADES:- Lograr la meta de nuevos leads/registros dependientes de publicidad digital así como de oportunidades de base de datos antigua.- Liderar los esfuerzos de pauta digital (SEM, PCC, etc.) a través de un trabajo en equipo con agencias externas.- Asegurar que el trabajo de pauta digital tenga una dinámica y naturaleza de constante mejora y optimización basado en encontrar y brindar valor a audiencias/segmentos de alta rentabilidad con la mejora de indicadores clave (CPM, CPC, CPConversion, ROAS, etc.).- Retroalimentar los insumos entregados por el Brand Manager (ej. copys, artes, videos, etc.) y trabajar en conjunto para mejorar la calidad de los anuncios en las diversas plataformas publicitarias.- Incrementar el posicionamiento orgánico mediante la ejecución de una auditoria y plan mensual SEO así como la gestión de implementación del mismo.- Analizar y dar seguimiento a los resultados de la página web para encontrar puntos, momentos y acciones de conversión, así como gestionar las modificaciones para mejorar e incrementar las mismas.- Gestionar y administrar la plataforma de CMR/Marketing automation.- Crear y administrar “workflows” automatizados para campañas “always on” en las diversas etapas del “buyers journey”.- Incrementar la tasa de oportunidades de negocio con base de datos antigua para generar recompra.OFRECEMOS:$30,000 Sueldo mensual (antes de impuestos)Prestaciones de leyHORARIO:Lunes a viernes de 8:30am a 6:30pm y sábados medio día (UNO SI y UNO NO)El lugar de trabajo Tienda Chapultepec**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Marketing / RRPP / Comunicación**Industria**:Manufactura, Bienes de Consumo
