This role will be coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, also will be developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility**Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget****Ensuring resource availability and allocation****Develop a detailed project plan to track progress****Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs****Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques****Report and escalate to management as needed****Perform risk management to minimize project risks****Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation****Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree- Conversational English level- Microsoft office savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook)- 1+ years’ proven working experience as a project administrator- Possess a working knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.**Specific competences**:- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills- Ability to multi-task several work deliveries; set priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision; desire to take ownership of assigned work, take initiative and drive to results.- Visionary with long term focus - able to see the end result- Strong analytical, design and development skills (ability to utilize statistical tools)- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills- Strong project management skills- Ability to create an open environment supportive of free sharing of information and ideas that is also conducive to contribution, growth and achievement- Savvy with the use of technology, and software, while continuously keeping up with current technology trends.- Exemplary standards of integrity, personal work ethic.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicosHorario:- Horario flexible
