**Vacante para la empresa GS HEADHUNTER LATAM en Culiacán, Sinaloa**:Franquiciatario minorista de reconocida marca trasnacional líder en el mundo de Retail Fashion Luxory, por expansión solicita:**Champion Trainer / Sales Academy Lead.**:**Propósito del Puesto**:Liderar el diseño, implementación y evaluación de programas de formación comercial para el equipo de ventas de Hugo Boss, asegurando que todos los colaboradores dominen las técnicas de venta de lujo, los estándares de experiência al cliente y los valores de la marca. Serás el impulsor de una cultura de excelencia comercial que impacte directamente en los resultados del negocio.**Responsabilidades Clave**:- **Diseño & Desarrollo de Programas**:- Crear currículos de formación en ventas de lujo, servicio al cliente, conocimiento de producto (moda masculina/femenina) y procesos de tienda.- Desarrollar módulos prácticos:_Consultive Selling_, gestión de clientes VIP, resolución de objeciones en alta gama.- **Ejecución de Capacitaciones**:- Impartir sesiones_onboarding_para nuevos vendedores y formación continua para equipos existentes.- Utilizar metodologías activas: role-playing, estudios de caso, mentorías en piso de ventas.- **Seguimiento & Métricas**:- Medir el ROI de la formación mediante KPIs: incremento en ventas promedio, fidelización de clientes, mejora en encuestas NPS.- Ajustar programas según resultados y feedback de tiendas.- **Cultura de Excelencia**:- Certificar a vendedores como "Brand Champions" mediante evaluaciones prácticas.- Identificar y desarrollar futuros líderes comerciales.- **Alianza con Marca**:- Mantener alineación con estándares globales de la Marca y actualizar contenidos según colecciones/estrategias**Perfil Requerido****Experiência**:- 5+ años en **ventas o formación comercial en retail de lujo**(moda, relojería, joyería o bienes premium).- Experiência comprobada como trainer,_coach_comercial o líder de academias de ventas.- **Habilidades Técnicas**:- Dominio de metodologías de capacitación (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).- Conocimiento profundo de**retail metrics**(UPT, ADT, conversión).- Manejo de herramientas digitales (LMS, Power BI para análisis de datos).- **Habilidades Blandas**:- Comunicación inspiradora y capacidad para motivar equipos.- Sensibilidad para el mundo del lujo y clientes exigentes.- Liderazgo colaborativo y adaptabilidad a entornos dinámicos (_fast luxury_).- **Valor diferencial**:- Experiência previa con marcas de moda premium (ej.
