**About MEO**MEO Continuity is a technology driven company that offers simple, repeatable, and scalable solutions to exposure quantification and Business Continuity Planning.**What you'll do**- Design and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and provide automation solutions.- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them through resolution.- Continuously improve automation frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.- Provide technical guidance on automation best practices.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automation testing, Selenium, Cypress, and related tools.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges across various platforms and environments.**Qualifications****Required Qualifications**:- Must be fluent in **English**and willing to work in **EST time zone**.- Proven expertise in using **Selenium**and **Cypress**for test automation.- Strong understanding of **test automation frameworks** and best practices.- Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests using JavaScript, or similar programming languages.- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.- Solid experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.- Knowledge of cloud testing frameworks and tools.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.**About the role****What you'll do**- Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role**Qualifications
