Buscamos un partner manager para trabajar con QKapital, empresa que ofrece créditos hipotecarios en Estados Unidos para mexicanos, con más de 20 años en el mercado y más de 20 oficinas en Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica la han posicionado como uno de los líderes en la industria.Habilidades en:- Reclutamiento de Canales- Reclutamiento de agentes inmobiliarios, capacitación y habilitación comercial de distribuidores (loan officers) en distintas ciudades del país.- Atención y seguimiento de clientes directos y a través de los distintos canales (agentes inmobiliarios y loan officers)- Realización de eventos comerciales- Ejecución del programa de capacitación de distribuidores, ejecución de estrategia de marketing- Ejecución de campañas de marketing- Plan de difusión de la oferta de créditos de QKapital- Capacitación y habilitación de canales de distribución- Ejecutar campañas de Marketing- Conocer el procesamiento de un crédito hipotecario- Promoción de productos financieros patrimoniales- Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y de negocioTrabajo presencial en oficinas Montes Urales, Lomas de ChapultepecTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Programa de referidosPago complementario:- Bono de productividad- Bono mensualEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Gestión de canales de ventas: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
