Through our global sales and manufacturing networks, we are able to deliver the products and services our customers need, where and when they need them.**Account Manager****Summary of Responsibilities****Responsibilities**- Manage and grow existing accounts in both medical and industrial TPU markets.- Develop and execute account strategies and manage key customer programs and opportunities.- Build, manage and close a sales pipeline of opportunities at existing and developmental accounts.- Own all aspects of the distributor relationship and performance in Mexico.- Educate clients on industry related updates and trends through presentations and other educational activities.- Build broad in-depth relationships with customer organizations, keeping abreast of competitive activity and market share information.- Make recommendations for product mix, supply improvements, pricing, and sourcing.- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to understand and maximize new business opportunities.- Extensive face to face customer interaction and engagement to grow and maintain customer relationships.- Provide day to day guidance and support development of sales interns.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree- 8+ years of sales experience**Preferred Skills**- Knowledge of technical / engineering sales and processes- Experience in B2B sales environment with emphasis on relationship-building- Knowledge and skill with sales software tools such as CRM, Excel, PowerPointAt Lubrizol, our mission is straightforward: We improve lives as an essential partner in our customers’ success, delivering efficiency, reliability or wellness to their end users.While headquartered in the United States, Lubrizol is truly a global specialty chemical company.
