Senior Solution Consultant – LATAM – Remote (Mexico), Full‑time Job ID: R11198. Posted Today What You’ll Do Execute the pre‑sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings, drive the discovery process, lead product demonstrations, and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer / prospect needs. Demonstrate expertise across all of Workiva’s domain areas – Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting – developing a working knowledge Marca industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have étrvoorwaarden. Translate the specific needs of the Financial Services industry into Workiva solutions. Assist sales in developing account plans in support of Workiva strategies and objectives. Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present partner‑specific business cases. Ensure customer success by working with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services team for smooth onboarding and long‑term success. Assist in developing new use‑cases or by using existing templates to provide proof of our solution's impact and value proposition. May begin to deliver cross‑domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers. Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals. What You’ll Need – Minimum Qualifications Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years with a Master’s degree; or 2 years with a PhD. Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting knowledge is valuable. Candidates should either bring existing expertise scopes demonstrate strong aptitude and commitment to rapidly developing deep domain expertise. Fluency in Spanish and English. Preferred Qualifications Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Self‑motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement. Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross‑functional alignment. Demonstrates proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams午 capture new customer requirements and enhancements, may require guidance as needed. Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems with strong communication and presentation skills. Hands‑on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred.
