Overview Solution Consultant role at Kinaxis . The company values people, career growth, and professional development. Location This is a remote position. Work from home anywhere in Mexico. Role Summary The Solution Consultant will work with new and existing customers to understand their business performance challenges, configure and implement Kinaxis Maestro solutions, provide training, and collaborate with senior consultants and Solution Architects. Responsibilities Configure Kinaxis Maestro software based on customer business requirements, ensuring high‑quality solution configurations aligned with user stories and completed on schedule. Support senior consultants in reviewing and researching solutions to meet customer requirements. Collaborate on assignments and assist with research for configurations for complex deployments. Update documentation for solution implementation. Validate and test solutions, capturing user feedback. Support data management and integration activities; prepare documentation for deployment workshops and take notes. Train customer end users on the configured solution. Deepen knowledge of supply chain best practices and the Maestro solution. Perform any other reasonable project‑related tasks assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or related field. 1‑3 years of experience deploying or implementing software applications in the supply‑chain management space or experience in production planning or demand management. Passion for customer‑facing roles and strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Self‑starter who shows initiative and excels in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills; able to synthesize complex information to determine best course of action. Team player, able to collaborate with people at all levels. Ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment with multiple team members. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with supply‑chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions such as Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder. Knowledge of forecasting, MRP, constraint management, and production scheduling. Technical skills such as SQL, R, JavaScript are a definite advantage.
