This role will work within the NOLA Brand and Innovation Team leading the innovation projects for our operator groups in Middle Americas.**Role Tasks / Key Deliverables**Responsibilities of this role will include:- Lead innovation projects across Colombia and Central America- Work closely with operators, customers, and consumer insights to gain feedback on the direction of the foodservice industry in Colombia and Central America.- Oversee the identification and development of the innovation opportunities for our target operator groups- Develop Innovation Communication and Content strategy**Qualifications**- Industrial Engineering or Marketing- A previous background in marketing - ideally at least 2 years’ experience and preferably in a B2B environment or retail.- Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution- Excellent analytical abilities to utilize market trends and customer data in their development of new products and business cases- Great interpersonal and leadership skills to get thing done- Highly organized with great attention to detail- Resilient and able to work in a highly demanding and changing environment- Eager to learn new things, explore opportunities and find solutions with the resources available- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing: content strategies and campaigning- Proficient in EnglishPosition based in Colombia
